ALUMINIUM TURNED PARTS

Aluminium. Made light.

GROHE Technology produces precision turned parts in aluminium for designs where low weight and high strength have to come together. In diameters from 6 to 65 mm, in series from 500 pieces, also high-gloss turned.

Wrought aluminium alloys combine high strength with low density. That is why they are the designers’ material, from vehicle and aircraft construction to shipbuilding. We machine all common aluminium alloys on request.

It takes a delicate touch.

Aluminium machines quickly but is unforgiving. It tends to form built-up edges and burrs, and its surfaces are sensitive. Dimensionally accurate parts with clean edges call for sharp tools, the right cutting parameters and a great deal of experience. That is where we come in.

Polished to a high gloss.

We can also diamond-turn aluminium: diamond tools produce high-gloss surfaces without grinding or polishing. More about diamond turning

Turning in the range Ø 6–65 mm, series from 500 pieces. Small batches and samples on request.

Yes. GROHE Technology can diamond-turn aluminium, i.e. turn it to a high gloss with diamond tools, without grinding or polishing.

In Loßburg-Betzweiler in the northern Black Forest (Baden-Württemberg, Germany). Delivery is just in time, among other things with our own vehicle fleet.

On request, yes. An optical-digital inspection system with four telecentric optics then inspects every single part. GROHE Technology is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
