STAINLESS STEEL TURNED PARTS
Stainless steel. Built to take it.
GROHE Technology produces precision turned parts in stainless steel for applications where corrosion resistance and strength matter. In diameters from 6 to 65 mm, in series from 500 pieces.
Stainless steel protects itself: a surface layer just a few thousandths of a millimetre thick shields the material from environmental influences. That makes it the first choice wherever parts have to withstand moisture, cleaning agents or contact with food. We machine all common stainless steel alloys on request.
Tough to machine.
Stainless steel is tough, conducts heat poorly and work-hardens during machining. The heat stays at the cutting edge, tools wear faster and chips are hard to break. Powerful machines alone are therefore not enough. It takes matched tools, cutting parameters and a great deal of experience. That is where we come in.
One material, many industries.
From mechanical engineering and food and agricultural technology to medical technology and motorsport: wherever corrosion protection and resilience count, stainless steel is in demand.

In Loßburg-Betzweiler in the northern Black Forest (Baden-Württemberg, Germany). Delivery is just in time, among other things with our own vehicle fleet.
On request, yes. An optical-digital inspection system with four telecentric optics then inspects every single part. GROHE Technology is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
