No more hands in the process
What is automated runs exactly to plan.
More than 155,000 precision parts leave our plant in Loßburg-Betzweiler every day. That only works when machines, robots and inspection technology mesh seamlessly.
In turning, Fanuc robots handle the parts. In milling, the Hermle C22 and C32 5-axis centres work with automation and Kuka robots. Every program is simulated in the CAM system beforehand, and every part is removed and discharged damage-free. Since 2024, AI has supported tool issuing in work preparation.
Dependable. Shift after shift.
For us, automation means efficient workflows, short throughput times and, above all, process reliability. That also applies to gloss turning: on the machines developed for it we achieve surfaces with Ra 0.2 µm and hold contours, radii and chamfers exactly. Finally, an optical-digital inspection system checks every single part.
